Along the sixteen miles of the Cumberland River Paddle Trail, there are several stops and points of interest:

  • Trailhead to Helm’s Landing (4.4 miles)
  • Helm’s Landing to Rockhouse Natural Arch (5.8 miles)
  • Rockhouse to Winfrey’s Ferry (5.3 miles)
  • Winfrey’s Ferry to Trail end / Russell County line (0.7 miles).
