Welcome To TRAIL – Nature Explorer Hiking Trail (Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery)

This 3/4 mile Kentucky hiking trail passes through a variety of ecosystems, winding around Hatchery Creek, and then back to the Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery Visitor’s Center.  Native species like whitetail deer, wild turkey, rabbits, squirrels, songbirds, insects, reptiles, and amphibians are common along the trail.

This trail connects to the Corps of Engineers Whispering Pines Hiking Trail
